'Release the inner Hippie' by Veronika

Autumn of Love and Paisley print

Hi all style gamblers,

The 1970's seemed to be forgotten by the fashion world for a very long time, but they are making a big comeback now! As we seen on the latest spring/summer 2015 catwalks, most designers chose
to reference this decade in their collections. High street is not far off with many items on sale now oozign the hippie movement or the glamorous disco vibe.
Let me show you some of my favourite pieces, that are on my wishlist. This autumn/winter season stock up on faux-fur jackets (my favs HERE and HERE), bell bottom jeans, palazzo pants (HERE), pussy bow blouses (HERE), floppy hats and knee high boots for a casual look.
If you want to chanel the disco fever, buy in to sequins (HERE and HERE), plunged dresses (HERE and HERE), glam wide-leg jumpsuits and platforms (HERE and HERE).
Now to my outfit. The dress I'm wearing today was a 'one of a kind' find in a vintage shop. I fell instantly in love with its gorgeus paisley print. It really reminded me of Paul Smith's autumn/winter 2014 collection with the loungewear feel. Because it's a vintage dress, the cut and the print are unique and immaculate. It's hard to find anything similar on the high street, but I came across some stunning pieces inspired by the 70's and paisley print on BOOHOO
I wanted to keep my look somewhat casual so I put on boots and floppy hat and accessorized with many rings, tassle necklace (also a vintage find) and fringe bag.

What do you think of this trend making a comeback?

Stay style gambling guys,

Love and peace,
Veronika
