How to wear Bomber jacket by Veronika

 Spring Street Vibe

The perfect trans-seaosanal jacket of all time has to be the Bomber.
There are so many to choose from. Thanks to the variety of shapes, textures and colourways we are literally spoilt for choice. We've seen it worn by celebrities and fashionistas all over, either dressed down or trown over a coctail dress. It's definitely one of the most versitile outwears for spring.

I got my oversized bomber on sales for less than 15e, so I couldn't be happier! I adore the cobalt blue colour and the quilted detail on the back. I wanted to pair it with my beloved kick flares that I just cannot stop wearing! It gives these Seventies jeans a little street vibe. Another favourite detail of my outfit is this vintage scarf. Ever heard the saying, the accessories make the outfit? Well in this case it's true. The red scarf injects the much needed colour.
I also decided to do something different with my hair (finally) and tied it in a low messy bun. It goes well with the laid back feel of this look.

What do you all think, are you a fan of the Bomber jackets?

Clerys

Fashion is in full bloom at Clerys SS15
photos by Agata

Wednesday started very early for Stylegamblers. We were attending Clerys first major fashion show this year in the rooftop space of the iconic department store. The room was styled to resemble a cherry blossom garden in bloom. We were enjoying the show against a backdrop of the Dublin skyline. Dorans at The Tea Rooms treated us with cakes and fresh fruits, washed down with luxurious pink lemonade and coffee (much needed).
Show was filled with floral and graphic prints, pastels and ethnic inspired pieces. Our favourite part of the show was 'On the Safari' teamed outfits. Utility khakis teamed with animal prints, this trend is daring and wild.
“Our spring/summer show is all about surprise and delight” commented Judy Cimdins, buying director for womenswear at Clerys. “This season, we have taken our fashion friends to a new space, presented as they have never seen before, and we showed our key brands in a fresh way. Labels like East, White Stuff, CC and Joules are ideal for updating your wardrobe for spring/summer and high street favourites such as Miss Selfridge and Warehouse offer key pieces at such affordable prices.”
