Last week I didn't feel my best, weather is changing now and I caught the flu. That's why my outfit priority was comfort and warm. I'm sure you also have worse days and don't want to run in heels all day.

Spring outwear - Suede jacket by Veronika

Suede everywhere

Last week the weather took us by a surprise as we enjoyed a lovely sunny weekend. I couldn't wait to throw on my suede jacket that I cannot stop wearing! It's so easy to style with just jeans, but it also works as a great cover up over a dress or a skirt.

Salcura Antiac

Salcura Antiac review
written by Agata / photos by Agata and Veronika

During my teen years I never had any skin  problems and I always felt very lucky because of that. So when I reached 25 years and I was experiencing awful breakouts I started feeling embarrassed. No matter what creams I was rubbing into my skin it never helped. So after countless blood tests, visits to dermatologist and nutritionist, I finally got into the point when my skin looks ok.

Floral dress by Veronika

Swinging into Spring

It's the end of March and it should mean that the Spring has arrived...but while all the shops are filled with new season clothes, the weather in Dublin is still a bit chilly for my liking.

Cocoa Brown

CB Tough Stuff
written by Agata / photos by Agata

One of my favourite beauty treatments is skin exfoliation. Why? There is no other treatment leaving your skin so smooth and glowing. It's fast, easy and it helps maintain healthy skin. Regularity is the key to perfect skin, so remember to repeat this procedure frequently.
Cocoa Brown TOUGH STUFF Body Scrub is a no-nonsense scrub for rough areas of the body – perfect for the feet, ankles, knees, elbows and hands. This amazing exfoliating scrub is brilliant to prepare the skin for tanning, removing stubborn old tan and of course, leave your skin silky smooth.
My first impression after using Tough Stuff - it smells DIVINE! I like the creamy, runny texture too. The scrub is actually so good I use it twice a week as a normal body scrub. You can use it on dry or wet skin, I prefer to use it in the shower to get a little more gentle scrub. It's a perfect way to prepare your skin for self tanning, remove old tan or just to remove dead skin cells. Always remember to moisturize after using this product and skip your tanning untill next day.

Happy exfoliating!

City chic by Agata

Accessories make the outfit!

Top, shoes & bag - Zara
Jeans - River Island
Jacket - H&M
Beret - Forever 21

While clothes are major part of an outfit, accessories are more significant than you may think. By adding accessories into your outfit you are definig your style and occasion. You can wear a staple piece of clothing from day to night by simply focusing on accessories. But today, I want to show you how easy I transformed this simple everyday outfit into an original look by just adding an innocent beret. I received an enormous amount of compliments when we were shooting this look. As we usually arouse interest among passers this was bit overwhelming and it only shows how little pieces might evoke interest of others.
Accessories present many ways for completing your outfits and helping to express yourself.
So next time on your shopping spree, don't underestimate the power of accessories, spend some more time on picking interesting pieces.

Have fun!

How to wear A-line skirt

Skirt - ZARA
Top & Hat - PRIMARK
Jacket - H&M old (similar HERE or HERE)
Bag- M&S
Boots - New Look

One of my recent purchases is this A-line skirt. I just fell in love with the jacquard material and it fits to perfection. I always had a soft spot for minis so I couldn't resist adding another one to my growing collection. To keep my look simple I wore it with black rollneck and leather biker to add a bit of mod edge.
We really struggled with weather conditions on the day. We shot in between rain and strong wind, but in the end we managed to have this stunning rainbow in the back round.

Are you a fan of minis? Let us know via our social media.

Stay style gambling,

Veronika x

Beauty review by Agata

New in!
written by Agata / photos by Agata

Lately we've been attending many fashion and beauty events with Veronika and we were gifted with loads of great products. Some of them I knew before and the rest is completely new to me. I'm testing them gradually to give you the most accurate opinion. Today, I'm going to review three products I found in my goodie bag from the ITWBN event.

After winter my skin is very dry and I try to choose products that does not dry my skin even more. As I usually start my day with quick shower, it's important for me to use hassle-free products as I don't have time for applying extra layers of moisturizers or any other type of creams. NIA-shower mousse  is perfect solution for my lack of time, application is fast and easy. This gentle, creamy shower mousse contains coconut oil and honey for an all natural, intensely moisturising cleanse. Leaves skin irresistibly soft with a delicate, sweet scent. All Nia products are made of natural ingredients so they are great for sensitive skin, really wort to try. Have a look at their other products HERE.

At first I wasn't sure how to use this balm as there was no pakaging or instructions apart from a tiny sticker on the bottom which was very hard to peel off (thanks God for Google!).
Elemis pro-collagen cleanising balm dissolves make-up and daily grime. I would recommend using a facial wipe to take off any excess makeup before using this product. It is my personal preference and this way you only have to use small amount which means it will last you longer. Cleanser has a very nice texture and menthol smell, you have to apply the balm on to your skin and massage it with your fingertips. You then moisten your fingers and continue to massage into your face. Remove with warm, damp cotton pad or cloth.
I've been using this for some time and my skin has been super soft and smooth. I usually use it in the evenings and my skin is completely clean and refreshed afterwards, it's great addition to my cleansing ritual!
This  hemp soap was literally stolen from my goodie bag! My other half was so kind, that he allowed me to take few pictures of this soap before he took it. I'm not going to lie, I wasn't very upset about it, because I didn't really like the fagrance. I think is more suitable for men than women, but depends on your preferences. His thoughts about this product: good size with a nice design and a handy, soft rope. Effective cleansing without drying your skin, what more can you expect from soap :)
There is a whole line of hemp products to try HERE

Cooking with StyleGamblers - Spring salad

Spring salad
written by Agata / photos by Agata

Hi everyone! This is time of the year when I'm desperately searching for a holiday destination. I didn't found anything yet, but I'm very determined :) After those few cold winter months, I feel that my body needs some sun rays. But while I'm still searching I will try to restore my energy and put my body into spring mode. There is nothing better than changing your diet from winter comforting foods to light green meals. Even by looking at it I feel happier and more optimistic. Preparing this salad will not take you longer than 10 minutes and is loaded with vitamins and minerals. Leafy vegetables are a good choice for a healthful diet because they do not contain cholesterol and are naturally low in calories and sodium. The best way to get enough vitamins is to eat right foods like this delicious salad.

 INGREDIENTS:
 (makes 2 portions)
4 cups fresh baby spinach
8 large strawberries, sliced
1 cup sugar snap peas
1/2 large cucumber, sliced
3 tbsp almond flakes

for dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple vinegar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp honey
salt and pepper

 DIRECTIONS:
 1. Rinse all the greens and gently stir together in a large bowl
2. Mix all dressing ingredients until well combined
3. Toss all ingredients together with your desired amount of dressing until combined
4. Place on a plte and sprinkle with almond flakes

Enjoy!
