Chia seeds are one of the Earth's best superfoods. They are one of the easiest seeds to work with and you can add them to almost every meal. Those poppy seedds-look alike are full of fibre and high in Omega 3's. They are great source of iron, magnesium and folic acid.
I discovered chia seeds about year ago, while I was on a diet. Sooo, chia is perfect for loosing weight too. Why? Because it's amazing water absorber and helps you to feel fuller for longer.  Chia is also helping you to detoxify your body during digestion. Oh... and it's low in calories too:)
There is probably milion ways to use it, but I want to show you my favourite one. Because that was one thing I was missing the most while dieting. DESSERT! Belive me you're not gonna feel  guilty after eating this one.

INGREDIENTS
serves 4
1,5 cup almond milk
0,5 cup ground chia seeds
4tbs cocoa powder
2tbs honey
0,5tbs vanila extract
shredded coconut and granola for topping

DIRECTIONS
Again very simple. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl until super smooth. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight. Once pudding is set, stir it and put into serving dishes. Sprinkle with coconut and granola.

Notes:
Use good quality cocoa for stronger taste, I'm always adding little bit of raw cocoa just because I'm addicted.
You can use any other type/flavour of milk. I wanted to keep it dairy free and low in calories.
