Cooking with Stylegamblers - Gluten free berry crumble

Berry crumble

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup rolled oats (gluten free if needed)
1 cup ground almonds
1/4 cup dessicated coconut
1/3 cup honey
2 tbs coconut oil
1tbs vanila extract
1tbs corn flour
2 tbs brown sugar

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 180 °C
2. In a large bowl combine oats, ground almonds and dessicated coconut
3. In smaller bowl combine honey, oil and vanila extract and pour it into the oats mix
4. Place fruits in baking dish and toss with corn flour and brown sugar
5. Top fruits with oats mixture
6. Bake around 35minutes until top is golden and fruit is bubbly, serve warm
