cooking with StyleGamblers - Protein balls

The biggest strugle with weight loss is picking up the right snacks. My advice is, prepare them beforehand, so when you feel hungry, just grab few of those beauties and that will keep you going untill the next meal.
I found loads of versions for protein balls around the internet and after trying few I made my own with all my favourite ingredients.
I can't describe how happy I am about this discovery. Hope you gonna like it too. Happy healthy snacking.


INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Medjool dates (deseeded)
1 cup raw nuts
1/3 cup raw cacao
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 tbs ground chia
2 tbs coconut oil
3 tbs honey


DIRECTIONS:

Simply mix all the ingredients in a food processor ( or if you don't have one as myself:) you can use blender) until the mix is nice and formed. Roll into balls and coat with coconut.
